Copilot Business Premium
See how much time AI can give back to your business. This video introduces Microsoft 365 Copilot Business, the all-in-one AI assistant built into Microsoft 365 that drafts, summarizes, and turns data into decisions so your staff can focus on customers. Watch the video to see what an AI assistant looks like in your everyday work.
What is Copilot Business and how does it help small businesses?
Copilot Business is an AI assistant built into Microsoft 365 that’s designed with small and midsize businesses in mind. It works alongside the tools you already use—like email, documents, and spreadsheets—to help you:
- Draft content faster – Create first drafts of emails, proposals, and reports so you’re not starting from a blank page.
- Summarize information – Quickly condense long email threads, documents, or meeting notes into clear takeaways.
- Turn data into decisions – Analyze data in your Microsoft 365 environment and surface insights that support day-to-day decisions.
The goal is to help you protect your most valuable asset—your time—so you and your team can focus on customers, strategy, and growth instead of repetitive tasks.
How does Copilot Business fit into my existing Microsoft 365 subscription?
Copilot Business is an add-on to your existing Microsoft 365 subscription. That means you don’t have to introduce a completely new platform or workflow.
Instead, Copilot shows up inside the Microsoft 365 apps your team already uses every day. It can help you draft, summarize, and analyze directly within those tools, so your team can:
- Keep working in familiar apps while getting AI support in context.
- Use AI to speed up routine tasks without changing core processes.
- Reimagine how you handle everyday work—like follow-ups, reporting, and planning—using the content and data you already store in Microsoft 365.
This approach helps you get value from AI quickly, with minimal disruption to your current setup.
Is there special pricing for small and midsize businesses?
Yes. Copilot Business is available with introductory pricing specifically for small and midsize businesses (SMBs) for a limited time.
When you add Copilot Business to your existing Microsoft 365 subscription during this introductory period, you can take advantage of this special pricing. This makes it easier to test how AI can reshape your daily operations—such as drafting, summarizing, and decision support—without a large upfront investment.
Because the offer is time-limited, it’s worth reviewing your current Microsoft 365 usage and identifying where AI could save your team time, then deciding whether to upgrade during the promotional window.
